Ante Up Magazine of Florida is organizing a poker cruise this August and I am pleased to be a part of this exciting adventure in the Caribbean to Cozumel! As the official playing card of Ante Up, many tournaments and cash games will be available and will be exclusively using the Desjgn Classic Culture decks at the tables. While I am still working out the details, there will be some giveaways and prizes of Desjgn playing card sets throughout the excursion. I am looking forward to meeting with the publishers of Ante Up and with many of Florida’s poker room managers.

Currently, a new website is in works which will have easier navigation, simplified features for both consumers and casino representatives. I am shooting for the end of March to have it up and running. In the meantime I have been re-designing some features on the court cards and have finished with the poker size cards. Bridge will be my project this weekend.

Another Contest to Ring in 2009

I thought I'd start off 2009 with another contest and the prizes are something you don't get to see all that often, but will make great game/poker room wall art pieces when framed: Uncut sheets of Desjgn Classic Culture.
Every now and again, I get an order from an enthusiast wishing to purchase one of these sheets. So here is your chance to win one of five of these uncut sheets by simply choosing a card from a standard 52-card deck. You can also choose the red/gray joker or the black/yellow joker.
This contest will run until February 7th or once all of the cards are chosen. If your selected card choice is drawn, you will be a proud owner of one of these sheets in your choice of 10 Classic Culture back colors!
Here are the cards that have yet to be chosen. I will update this listing periodically to keep it current.
Spades: 9 8 3
Hearts: 6 3
Clubs: 9 8
Diamonds: 7 6
Black/Yellow Joker
Best of luck!
